By downloading, installing, or using Tax Saver (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tax Saver regarding your use of the App.

Tax Saver is a mobile application that helps users track expenses, scan receipts, and estimate tax deductions. The App includes: - Receipt scanning and OCR - Expense categorization - Tax summary calculations - Email receipt import - Mileage tracking (Pro) - PDF report generation (Pro) Tax Saver provides estimates only and does not constitute tax advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional for tax-related decisions.

**Free Plan**: Available at no cost with limited features as described in the App. **Pro Plan**: Available via in-app purchase subscription. Pro features are billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play Store. - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled - You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings - No refunds for partial subscription periods - Prices are subject to change with notice

You agree to: - Provide accurate information when setting up your profile - Use the App only for lawful purposes - Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App - Not use the App to process data you don't have rights to - Maintain the security of your device and any connected accounts You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax-related data and decisions.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tax Saver and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App - Distribute, transmit, or publicly display the App - Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization - Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Accuracy of tax calculations or savings estimates - Uninterrupted or error-free service - Fitness for a particular purpose - Non-infringement of third-party rights Tax calculations are estimates based on user-provided data and should not replace professional tax advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAX SAVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or goodwill - Any damages resulting from tax filing errors or missed deductions - Service interruptions or data loss Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: - Your right to use the App ceases immediately - Your locally stored data remains on your device - Any active subscriptions must be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play Store

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
