We collect the following types of information: **Receipt Data**: When you scan or import receipts, we process the merchant name, transaction amount, date, and category. This data is stored locally on your device. **Email Data**: If you choose to connect your email account, we scan for receipt emails. We only access email headers and content necessary to identify receipts. We do not read your personal emails. **Profile Information**: Country, profession, annual income, and currency preferences used for tax calculations. **Usage Data**: Anonymous app usage statistics to help us improve the App. This does not include personal or receipt data.

All your data is stored **locally on your device** using SQLCipher encryption. We do not operate backend servers that store your receipts or financial information. Your data never leaves your device except when: - You explicitly export data (CSV/PDF) - You use email sync (data flows directly between your device and your email provider) - You use currency conversion (exchange rates fetched from public APIs)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: - **Encryption**: All local data is encrypted using SQLCipher (AES-256) - **Secure Storage**: Sensitive credentials use platform secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) - **No Cloud Storage**: We intentionally do not store your data on our servers

We use the following third-party services: **Google Play / App Store**: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions **Exchange Rate APIs**: For currency conversion features **Email Providers**: Direct connection to Gmail, Yahoo, or IMAP servers These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your receipt data with any third parties.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: - **Access**: Export your data anytime via CSV or PDF - **Deletion**: Delete individual receipts or your entire profile - **Correction**: Edit any receipt or profile information - **Portability**: Export all your data in standard formats To exercise these rights, use the in-app settings or contact us.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
